i can take admission in 2nd year after 12th science and its taken then how many seats and merit will be their ????

Hey there!
I am sorry, but could you possibly elaborate over your question because your question lacks the necessary details, like which course are you referring to and what college you want to get in.

However, after completing your 12th grade in Science you cannot get admission into second year directly , no matter which course or college you're referring to. You need to complete your first year to proceed into the second.
