hello aspirant,
i am assuming you want to know about tnpsc group 1 exam, which criteria is any graduate degree from a recognized university. the graduation must be done after 10th=h.s exam.
as for your gate exam you are eligible to give graduate apptitude test in engineering in your final year of year b.tech.
