Dear Satnam ,

Yes ,you can appear your 12th exam there is no restrictions for tattoos but some of schools and colleges are very strict rules but it will not effect on your exam .If we go through civil services such as UPSE then you will face problem .

So dont worry now there is no problem in 12th class .
