While it is mandatory for students to be personally present for the
VITEEE counselling
, they must take permission from the university for their parents to be authorized to attend it on their behalf. It is the universitys discretion to allow or disallow.

I'm sorry to inform you that no one can attend the counselling on your behalf be it even your parents. So you should keep yourself free of commitments and attend the counselling.
