Scan your sign and photo and Use Corel to edit and create a web published image of more than 1kb.

You can try it after few hours if you had paid the jee mains application form fees.For more details you can contact jee through email or helpline numbers mentioned in jee mains.However you can edit your particulars in January 2018 when cbse will provide a link for correction on jee mains website.

I think in that case you should try later after some hours because there might be some internal error which is occurring in your case.
