If you are sure that you have completetd the registration process and the glitch is from their side then you can contact the administration to consider your case. If this is not the case and you have missed on some details (like filling in the wrong email id) then it can,t be undone. There are some guidelines everyone has to follow. Further for your satisfaction you can still conact the administration.
