OBC-NCL category is Non- Creamy layer OBC who have income less than 4.5 lakhs per annum and they are entitled of reservation in NEET Or any other competitive exams.
Since you are not able to get OBC-NCL certificate due to income, I will like you to change your category from OBC-NCL to GENERAL .
