I can,t find my registration number and my registration form

If you have lost or cannot find your registration number, do not worry. In most cases, it can be recovered through the official examination portal.

You can try the following:

Visit the official website of the examination.

Click on “Forgot Registration Number/Application Number”, if the option is available.

Enter details such as your registered mobile number, email ID, date of birth or name, as requested.

Check your registered email and mobile messages for the registration details.

If you still cannot retrieve the number, contact the examination authority's official helpdesk.

If you have the application confirmation page, payment receipt or registered email/SMS, check those documents as the registration/application number is usually mentioned there.
