Since you haven't really provided any information on which university/ college you are talking about or which entrance exam you are worried about, I would not be able to provide you with any concrete answers. But what I will tell you is this:
There are moments in everyone's life where nothing seems to go as planned. The best we can do during these moments of adverse challenges is to face it head on. I do know it is not as easy as it sounds, but you can talk to any close friends/ family/ batch mates about your problems.
