Yes. had to create a new id and register all over again. Instead of state bank of India choose Bildesk.

Actually NATA form is giving problems. I would suggest that you write to the help line people. There is a chat also in the window where you apply. Use that and explain your problem so that they resolve it rather than applying again and again. They normally respond.
