I cant reset my password of jee exam(januvary ). can i apply a new candidate as april exam ? Is any problem regarding this? Please help me..

Hello.
It's best that you try to recover your password because if you create a new application, then your first attempt will not be considered for the final rank list and only your April attempt score will be considered.

But unfortunately i can't reset it. I tried manytimes...But at The time of reset option on last stage i enter the new password and press the ok button..It willnot working.
