I checked the Ranklist of AIIMS who are eligible for 1st counselling. My number was not there. Does it mean that i I did not clear it ?

No actually it means that you are not called for 1st counselling. AIIMS publishes 4 times the number of seats in the ranklist. You might have scored a bit behind. A portal will open soon where you can check your marks .https://www.aiimsexams.org/ is the official website. Keep following it. You will get your rank card !
Generally seats get over until this ranklist is completed as it contains 4 times the number.

The result published by aiims includes the candidates who are eligible for the first round of counselling. If your name is not on the list, it means you can't participate in this counselling procedure. We can't tell if we have cleared or not judging by that. You might be called for the second counselling. To know your individual result, you'll have to wait till they put that provision on their site. It will be out today or tomorrow.
