i choose indira medical college in TN round 1 councelling and pay a tuition fees for attend round 2,jion that college.In round 2 if i can't get better college,can i exit from round 2 and cancel admission in round 1 chosen college?are they return tuition fees or not?

You can choose not to join the collge that will be given to you in the second round if you do not want to. However if you do not join any collge given in the second round of counselling you become ineligible to participate in third round of counselling. If you had not taken admisison in any collge in the first round itself then a part of the counselling fees would have been refunded however since you took admission you might not get the refund.
