Hello Juhi, Yes, you can do that. If this was your first attempt, you can apply next year too. You can apply for JEE Mains 3 times at most and 2 times at most for JEE Advanced. So, even if you wrote JEE Advanced this year, next year would be your last chance. So, you can change your college after 1st year if you get IIT in the next attempt.
