I complete my 11th 12th from NIOS( National Institute of Open Schooling) from delhi. so I am considered Delhi or outside Delhi in JEE mains and JEE advanced.

Hey there
If your study centre is delhi then you'll have to fill state code of Delhi this is almost same for regular students like state code will be of that state from which 12th has been done.
