I complete my graduation in this year n I want to career in banking so what can I do now?I don't have any idea about banking exams plz guide
There are so many exams conducted for recruitment in banking sector for clerical and officer posts.
SBI, IBPS, RBI, NABARD, SEBI and even insurance companies like LIC, GIC, NIACL comes out with recruitment for their respective post.
As of now, most of the exams are over, or in its last stage, IBPS PO is scheduled to take place in the month of October and IBPS Clerk online application will begin in September and exam is in the month of December.
RBI Group B Exam is the only one that has not taken place this year, if its recruitment comes out, you may apply for that.
Coming to the prelims pattern, most banking exams consists of Reasoning, Quant, and English. In fact, in lot of exams English has been made to be just a qualifying paper. Mains pattern is different in terms of more number of marks, and there's Banking Awareness in addition to the above three.
The important thing that I can suggest you is practice and pace matters a lot in banking exams, because there's limited time set for each section.
The only way to ace is practice more and more, and moreover reasoning and quant anyway demands a lot of pratice to be really skilled at these subjects apart from the knowledge factor.
Hope, this helps.
