I completed my 12th in 2013.after some family problems I can't study.i want to complete graduation.but as early as possible?it's possible

As you wanted to complete your graduation ,you can either choose distance education for graduation or may find some colleges for b.a or b.sc or b.com accoridng to your choice and if you meet up their eligibility criteria and get admission there ,you can definitely complete your graduation.Hope this information is helpful and good luck.

Yes you can .you can apply for many exams .like NEET.
