Hello Aspirant,
As per the rules, if you leave your graduation course mid way then your certificates would be returned by the college but note that the fee would not be refunded. So if you want to withdraw the admission from your current college then first of all you should confirm your seat in any other colleges through JEE-Main score and if you are seeking admission in any NITs/IIITs or CFTIs then you have to appear for JOSAA counselling which will commence by October end, so appear in it and if you are sure that you will get seat in your required colleges then only it is recommended to withdraw your admission from your current college.
