Hello,

You have to stay there for 10 years then only you can claim for state quota else you will go under open category. If your parents are native then you can apply or if they work in AP for government then you can claim for state quota.

if you satisfy any one condition then only else you can use domicile reservation. The only way is you have to study hard and get a good score that your rank comes in the range of cutoff and you get selected.
