Hello,

If you have completed first year of your Bachelor of Commerce degree from one college and wish to do the next year and subsequently pursue degree from some other college, then I would like to tell you that this won't be possible.

There is no such system yet where you can transfer from one college to other college in between your degree.

There are numerous reasons for this, some can be different syllabus for each year and different pattern for testing and assessment.
