I completed my btech in 2018 (Dec) 6 months delay due to backlog now I joined in mtech 2019 I need to submit gap certificate or not for ts epass

Dear Aspirant,
As you have described your situation you need not to produce GAP certificate as GAP is required when you have voluntarily taken a decision to not continue your education or cases like that, if you have not taken any such drop and the drop was due to academic reasons then you need not to produce GAP certificate.
