I completed my class 10th in the year 2021-22 but due to chronic medical condition i was absent in my class 12th boards in the year 2023-24 , now I'm reappearing in class 12th as a regular candidate in the year 2024-25. What should I fill in my jee mains registration form ? Appearing or passed 12th?

Yes, you must choose "Appearing" for your 12th status in the JEE Main registration form.

Since you are going to reappear in your Class 12th board exams in the session 2024-25, therefore, you'll have the status of an "Appearing" candidate for JEE Main 2025 as your final results for Class 12th will be considered for eligibility and seat allotment.

When you select "Appearing", then you would be saying that you are still appearing for the class 12th and will appear in the respective year to sit for the board exams.
