I completed my inter from AP board. I'm willing to do two courses at a time, one in regular and other in distance mode. Is it possible?

Hey, you can do it. But it is going to be a little harder than you think. You can finish all the courses required to get a degree in cse/ece, from various different platforms, although it sounds unconventional, you get to have wide range of choices that you can opt from.
You can also apply for colleges that offer a major degree in biotechnology and minor degree in cse/ece. This works better for what you want.

Yes, Shiv Nadar University located near Greater Noida is a better choice for what you are looking. But to get into that college you must appear for the entrance exam, which has been conducted last month. You can try to get an admission at Ashoka University. This too fulfills your requirements
