I completes by 12th board exam in Nov. 2018 from jank board.my result was declared in Jan 2019.so in which year did I pass my 12th board?

Hello dear student,
The year in which you get your result from your respective college in this case School you are passed out in that year only. So you can mention you are 2019 passed out as you have obtained your class 12 th result by that time only . I hope this makes sense .
