I could not able to understand about the submission of documents and please specify how many envelopes are needed..

Hello,
Kindly clarify your doubt.
For participating in online allotment process during Registration process, no documents will be required since it is Online counselling process.
You will need your original Doucments along with the attested copies of documents for admission to UG medical courses for admission to 15% All India Seats at the time of joining in allotted medical/dental colleges.
