    The only pursuer your career with IIT(btech)  is via jeemains and advance.  To get admission in top IIT you have to come under AIR-2000.

    Other wise you can go for other college good college.  If you want to go in IIT for MTech you have to qualify GATE exam after btech with very high score.

    Yes,sure first complete your B.tech from top engineering college.As you mentioned that you want to study M.Tech you can make it from any NIT'S or IIT'S after completion of your B.tech.

    There is no PG level entrance test to get into NIT or IIT.It directly depends on your B.Tech potential.
