I couldn't submit Income certificate TSPGECET counsellng,can i submit it after seat allotment in the college or what if i didn't submit?

if you have noit submit the income certificate you can submit it by visiting the college if they allow youto submit tghere else they will provide you some another solution for this. all the best have a great future ahead.
