I counted my marks of JEE main 24th June shift 1 from the answer key , I got 35 marks , what will be my percentile?

It is hard to predict the percentile as it varies heavily from year to year, and depends on the difficulty of the question paper and on students writing the exams with you. Based on previous year cut-off we can safely assume that your percentile would be somewhere above 65. You might get a percentile of 65-69.
