I did not claim for NCC in first phase of AP EAMCET. So can I claim it for third phase? And will there be a chance of getting a good college

I'm very sorry to inform you that you will not be able to use NCC certificate for cadets A B and C in the third phase because the option fo submitting documents is required at the commencement of counselling which is over.
