Your application will show successfully registered because you registered yourself for the exam. But you have missed the deadline on correcting the thumb impression. So the thumb impression which did not meet NBE's guidelines will be there on the system on your application. But now because this is an incorrect image, your application will be rejected and admit card will not be released. You may have to wait until next time.
