i did not get any seat in 1 round of conslng of wbjee. now for 2nd round of counslng i hv 2 report at rc centre for doumnt varifictn or not

If you get a seat in 2nd round then only you have to visit your reporting center else no need to report.

my gmr rank is 14727 and obc a rank is 473. i hv any chance jadavpur uni. since the closing rank of 2016 is 527 of cse for obc a...sice 527 is oba a rank or gmr rank..plz tell sir
