i didnot submit my jee paper 2 scorecard to kea,what can i do now to get a admission through state rank...please help me

I dont think you need to submit your JEE scorecard or NATA score card before the document verification,which is possibly to be scheduled by 20th of June .If you have already verified all your documents then still you have to take the verification slip and the score card of your JEE mains paper 2 along with you.

Please note that, For veirfication of documents, candidates can visit helpline centers of respective districts.

Also, The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct the admission to the first year of five-year B.Arch degree course based on the candidate’s score in NATA 2019 or JEE Main Paper-II and qualifying exam only and there is no separate entrance test.

For the seat allotment process, candidates will be shortlisted based on the score of NATA/JEE Paper-2 and Qualifying Exam mark. Online counselling and seat allotment process will start soon.

This is the complete process for the KEA admission based on your JEE mains paper2 marks ,so you dont have to panic ,you have time to submit your JEE mains score card.
