i didnt attend 1st councelling for icet ......is there any chance to eligible for 2nd councelling

If your query is regarding AP ICET counselling then there is second phase counselling but the notification regarding this is not yet published. The seat allotment for first phase is yet to be released. So after the first phase seat allotment you the schedule for second phase counselling will be released. Candidates who have not participated in first phase counselling, who have not got seat allotment, who wish to get seat in a better college may participate in second phase.
