I didn't attend for first counselling,but I want a seat in KL University so is there any second counselling available for that???

Yes if you are not attend the first round councelling due some reasons then don't worry about that every college can do multiple rounds of councelling. They are issue dates for the second round councelling if they have some vacant seats or the seats are get left by any student. The college also organized spot round councelling also.

The first counselling was held between 10th May to 14th May which you were not able to attend. Now you can not attend any counselling as there are no second counselling date for their counselling. So there is no chance to get a seat in KL University with the counselling.

Now you can opt to go with other colleges or university as per the exams you have appered.
