I didn't get any seat in first round of JOSAA. Is there any need to pay money for further rounds and is there any need to attend reporting?

need not to worry if you did not get seat in first round, you can also participate in second round also. without paying any of thee fees again you just have to pay once for this. adn ye it is madatory to attend the reporting. all the best have a great future ahead.
