The Rs. 5000 which you have paid is refundable.
If you are not allotted any seat in all rounds of counselling and also don't get any seat in stray vacancy round as well, then the fee will be refunded in the account that you have provided at the time of registration.
But, if you take admission in your allotted seat then this fee will be refunded to the institution where you have taken admission and it will be adjusted against the first year annual fee.
