In case the refund is not received please contact JoSAA at helpjeeadv2021@iitkgp.ac.in and the admin id of concerned IIT in case the admission is taken in IIT or csab2021help@mnit.ac.in and the concerned NIT/IIIT in case the admission is taken in NIT/IIIT.
