This is an serious issue. You should bring this to the notice of the concerned exam authorities as soon as possible. Contact the helpdesk and ask about your problem. This may have been by mistake or any system's problem. Once you contact the helpdesk and bring it to their notice, they may resolve the issue or tell you what to do. Hope you understand.
