I didnt got seat in aiq frst round 2020. can I exit from aiq after frst round if I Dont want to participate in 2nd round and if yes then will my fee that is 5000 will B refunded? plzz answer clearly

Yes you can take an exit from the All India Quota counselling process. You have mentioned in the question that, you didn't get any seat allotment in the 1st round of All India Quota Counselling and you are not willing to apply for the 2nd round.
