I didn't participate in mock round can I eligible for 3rd counselling of aiims ?

The third round of counselling for Admission to AIIMS institute is scheduled for 5th- 7th August. The candidates who did not participate in the first and the second round of counsellings are not eligible to participate in the third round of counsellings too. Though in case if vacant seats there would be an open counselling for admission and you can go for the open counselling as long as you qualify the eligibility criteria laid down for it.
