The admissions into B.Tech in Haryana in all Government colleges/Government Aided colleges is done through the scores in JEE Main. And there is no separate State Level Entrance Examination for admissions to B.Tech in Haryana. So unfortunately you cannot get admission in B.Tech in Haryana without appearing for JEE Main.
