i didnt scanned photo and just clicked the hard copy photo with mobile and than edited it and put it below 80 kb and 200 dpi and applied it in my neet pg appliaction for re edit of my application photo . will it be accepted ? they asked for 3.5*4.5 cm , but my pixel is showing 411 * 531 pixel .okay?

Bishal,  we wish  we could tell you that your application would be accepted slong with the photograph. Unfortunately there is a difference in scanning a photo and taking it through a mobile and editing it. It isn't the same. Now that there is a clear difference in the pixels and instructions given and those followed, the application will be rejected and no admit card will be released.
