Hey,

Unfortunately Yes. Your application may get rejected since they have sent you a mail regarding correction. Anyway, contact helpdesk. They might help you in some cases. For now, your application is considered to be incomplete and there is no way you can complete it now.

Other than this, you can just wait if you get your admit card or not.
