Hi Aspirant!

You have not mentioned the name of counselling of which you have not get the money back.But if we consider CSAB special counselling or any general special counselling, and if you not get the money back after so many months then you have to write the mail to the counselling body e-mail id with your name and enrollment id or better call the helpline number.
