If you have not been able to qualify the EAMCET exam then you would have got marks less than 25% of the total marks or 40 due to which you will not be able to view your rank card. Although you can download your response sheet from

https://sche.ap.gov.in/EAMCET/Eamcet/EAMCET_ResponseSheet.aspx

and calculate how much marks you have scored. Hope this helps.
