i do 12th from open board may i able to give the exam without facing any problem

It is no matter for the open university/distance education. You should passed from the recognized university which is approved by the Ugc/Aicet/State Government/Center Government/DEC.
As you mentioned that you are 12 th passed so you are not eligible for the CGL examination but you can apply for CHSL which is combined high school level exam, also conducted by SSC.

Yes, you can appear for entrance exam easily if you have done your 12th class from open university. Try to score good marks in your class 12th atleast more than 75% so, you are eligible for all the entrance exams.
