    Yes you can get admission in various university.To do MS there is only eligibility of Btech or graduation in science.You can also give entrance exam like GRE or other.They provide admission in various university of America.There are Toefl and so on.You can also prefer MTech from IITs after your BTech.there are many option available there also.You can choose MBA too as your career.
