I don't have 11th and 12th class Am I eligible to apply for MA
Hello Dear Student,
• No, you cannot apply for an MA directly after Class 10.
• To pursue an MA, you must first complete:
- Class 12 (or equivalent)
- A Bachelor's degree such as BA, BSc, BCom, etc.
• Standard pathway:
- Class 10
- Class 12
- Bachelor's degree (usually 3 or 4 years)
- MA
• If you have not completed Class 12, you can pursue it through open schooling such as National Institute of Open Schooling.
• After completing Class 12, you can enroll in a Bachelor's program and then become eligible for MA admission.
• Many universities now admit students to MA programs through entrance exams such as CUET PG, while some universities also offer admission based on merit or their own entrance tests.
Short answer: Class 10 alone is not sufficient for MA admission; a Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
