i dont have 50% in pcb but if added english its 50+ so can i appear for the neet and if i secure good marks in neet thn in counselling shall they will allot me a saet???

Other than scoring 50% marks in PCB you also need to pass each of the subject individually which would also include english to be eligible for NEET 2019. So you will be eligible only if you have scored minimum 50% percentage in PCB and passed individually in each PCBE subjects.
