I don't have computers as an optional subject in class 11th& 12th so do i need to do an extra course for computer science engineering??

Hello,
No dear. You don't need any extra course for CSE stream. If you have physics, mathematics and chemistry in your 12th class then you cam go for it. You can give JEE Mains examination or any other state level entrance examination then you can choose CSE department as your career. In now days CSE good career option in engineering field. You know everything in your college dear. Yes you can do extra course for computer outside the college but not for CSE admission.

No, you don't need to do a special course again. The Eligibility criteria for the course states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCM as compulsory subject from a recognised board of education. So, if you satisfy this criteria, you can apply for the course.
